Job Description

Location: Fort Erie, ON L2A 1P1(Remote work available)

Salary: $47.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and carry out strategic plans to meet business objectives concerning profitability, growth, and sales in the beauty product industry.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts for sales.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed to ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Manage negotiations with customers and partners concerning pricing, contracts, and terms to secure agreements that are mutually advantageous and in line with the company's objectives.
  • Lead the sales organization's initiatives for continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
  • Manage the entire business operation to maximize profitable sales, oversee financial controls and growth initiatives, and cultivate a distinct customer-centric environment.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management capabilities within the sales team.
  • Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and market competition for products.
  • Oversee promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales promotions to raise product awareness and demand.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to discover trends, opportunities, and challenges within the beauty products market. Utilize these insights to adapt and refine sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required
  • Proven experience of 5 years or more in sales management.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Ability to perform market research and analysis to pinpoint opportunities and risks, and leverage findings to refine sales strategies.
  • To manage a budget ranging from $100,001 - $500,000 effectively, strong financial management skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using Database, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office MS Outlook is preferred.
  • Strong negotiating abilities to handle contracts, close deals, and build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and partners is essential.
