Salary: $64.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and financial budgets to the executive team.
- Taking charge of the sales team, offering direction, inspiration, and assistance to attain both individual and collective performance goals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
- Lead the market development team to collect price benchmarking data and motivate the sales team, including hiring training, and performance management
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Deploy and execute go to market strategy and agreed action plan.
- Full sales, support, and operational responsibility for the company.
- Design, implement and execute annual budgets and strategic plans.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience of 5 years or more in sales management within the IT/Networking professional services sector or similar sector.
- Strong understanding of solutions, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to effectively lead, coach and manage others in a professional environment.
- Ability to positively influence at all levels and possess executive presence.
