Duties:
Evaluate daily operations
Identifying and investigating compliance issues
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control
Establish and implement policies and procedures for buying and selling of financial products
Establish policies and procedures for assessing credit and loan applications
Authorize loan and credit applications
Oversee the preparation of reports
Advise senior management
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment and other banking services and attract corporate and individual customers
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
