Ohio Logistics, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant, who can perform following duties:
- Handle incoming mails, emails and other information regarding clients and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Coordinates activities of truck drivers and coordinate between clients & drivers about delivery times and related information.
- Working on creating invoices for clients, sending regular reminders and updates to clients along with confirming all payment received.
- Helps implement procedures and systems, to get driver information and put their information in our computerized systems.
- Handle all pay cheques for drivers, calculate their mileage and payment and prepare their cheques.
- Make sure truck payments & other rental payments are paid on time.
- Assign drivers and trucks, direct the pickup and delivery activities of drivers, receive customers’ requests for pickup and delivery of the freight.
- Negotiate prices with our clients for deliveries and offers them best deal for hauling their loads.
- Work directly with customers to manage their issues and concerns regarding orders and resolving customer complaint.
- Training new hires in safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.

Salary: $26.00/Hour
Full time, Permanent position
