Permanent Position: Foam Insulator Foreman (NOC72014) 

Terms of Employment:  Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)

Wage Rate: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour (40 hours per week)

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Main Office: 17079 80 Ave, Surrey, British Columbia,  V4N 6J5 (Candidate required to work at various locations at as per company contracts and requirements.)

Education: High School required.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar industry.

Language: English.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and Co-coordinate the activities of construction workers
• Make estimates of quantities of materials and labor required
• Read Blueprints and drawings
• Hire and train new construction workers
• Cooperate with other subcontractors and clients and adjust work schedules accordingly
• Resolve any work problems or complications
• Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc.
• Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures
• Prepare work progress reports
• Survey the jobsite and take steps to prevent and protect against overspray. This includes premises and vehicles parked near spray areas.
• Make necessary preparations for installation process at jobsite by unloading equipment and placing items in location of installation. 

Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
