Job Description

Position Summary: 

Mount Everest Kitchen & Grill is looking for one kitchen manager to join their team.

Job Details:

Location: Vancouver, BC V6B 3J5, On site

Salary: $20.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full time 

Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Morning 

Employment Requirement: Starts as soon as possible

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Job Requirements:

Languages: English 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years 
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: 

Tasks:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

  • Supervise and check assembly of trays

  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
