We are operating a convenient store with a busy gas station in Toronto, selling hundreds of varieties of items, and are looking for an Administrative Officer who can handle daily administrative activities including inventory, billing, accounts, daily correspondence with vendors, suppliers, creditors, bank, accountant, and all other concerned parties.

Responsibilities:

•              Determine and establish office procedures and routines
•              Schedule and confirm appointments
•              Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
•              Answer electronic enquiries
•              Compile data, statistics and other information
•              Order office supplies and maintain inventory
•              Greet people and direct them to contacts o r service areas
•              Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
•              Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Computer

Work hours: 33 to 44 per week (overtime will be paid after 40 hours)

Wages: $29 per hour.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Day shift ( 8 hours a day)

Education: Bachelor Degree in Commerce or business administration

Experience in Administrative activities: 2 to 3 years (required)
