Salary: $33.50 per hour for 35 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating social media profiles, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Helping with email campaign creation, list management, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to effectively communicate the company's services.
- Collaborate with the team addressing inquiries and providing necessary information to the clients.
- Manage and update the company's social media profiles, engaging with the audience, and sharing relevant content to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle miscellaneous marketing tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing efforts for the company.
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
Eligibility Requirements:
- College level degree or diploma required
- 1 to 2 years of experience is required
- The ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English is crucial for crafting marketing materials, addressing inquiries, and collaborating seamlessly with team members.
- Strong skills in data analysis, especially in interpreting website and social media metrics, are valuable for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- A creative mindset is essential for contributing fresh and innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and engage the target audience through compelling content creation.
- Possessing customer service skills is important for cultivating positive interactions with clients, contributing to relationship building and customer satisfaction.
