Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, considering market trends and customer preferences.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring optimal performance through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against budget, implementing cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, resolve escalated issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to enhance business.
  • Collaborate with the team to create appealing strategies for boosting the sale of restaurant supplies. 
  • Allocate resources and stay abreast of local market dynamics to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Utilize data analysis to forecast sales trends, set realistic targets, and develop action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Invest in the professional development of the sales team, providing training on effective sales techniques and customer service.
  • Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in of 5 years or more in sales management, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is required. .
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, driving them towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. The budgetary responsibility falls between $ 500,001 - $1,500,000. 
  • A customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Location: Oro, ON L0L 2L0

Salary: $ 54.20 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
