Salary: $24.15 per hour for 35 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive high-level service by fostering growth and collaboration among front-end retail staff.
- Oversee smooth register & checkout operations, review staffing levels, hire and train new staff, address customer issues, and support associates for exceptional customer transactions.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed
- Work with store management to identify process efficiencies, define impulse items for display, and other special projects.
- Ensures all SOP for transactions and interactions at the front of the store are followed;
- Conducts meetings and other special events to communicate clear goals to team;
- Ensures store team executes tasks and daily activities in accordance with store plan
- Assists in training of new cashiers and cross training of other staff
- Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed in accordance with company guidelines
- Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to achieve staffing needs
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Respond and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Ensure all areas are properly stocked and organized
- Monitor cash handling and other financial activities
Eligibility Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2- 3 years of supervisory & retail experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Proficient in basic computer software applications
